Illawarra Physiotherapy offers a professional physiotherapy services for Spinal, Shoulder, General Musculoskeletal, Pre and Post-Operative Rehabilitation and Sports Injuries in Wollongong. We have a history of well established relationships with many of the Illawarra’s Orthopaedic and Spinal surgeons to provide you with specific post-operative protocols.

Spine Physiotherapy

Specific treatment for neck and low back pain. Spinal Physiotherapy is a sub-specialty discipline of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and uses any available physical intervention such as manual therapy, specific or general exercise (to name a few) to provide clinically justified, evidence-based and sustainable solutions for movement or posturally-mediated spinal problems. The spine physiotherapy service at Illawarra Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy service dedicated to the management of spine and pain disorders. We provide an integrated service working with neurosurgery and spine surgery, pain medicine, occupational and general spinal medicine to provide a coordinated approach to spinal care.
